Get started with Dp Dock

1. Set up the Dp Dock

Place the Dp DOCK on a clean, flat surface near a power outlet.

Plug it into the power supply using the provided adapter.

Ensure the Dp DOCK is positioned where it won’t be exposed to moisture or direct sunlight.

2. Download the DermapenWorld App

Search for “DermapenWorld” in the iOS or Android app store.

Download and install the app to enable Sync & Go™ functionality.

Log in or create an account to connect your device.

3. Dock Your Dermapen HOME™

Gently place your Dermapen HOME™ into the Dp DOCK.

Ensure the needle cartridge is removed before docking—this is a built-in safety feature to maintain hygiene 1 2.

4. Automatic Sync

The Dp DOCK will sync with the DermapenWorld app to install the latest firmware updates.
